Wonderful dinner here, the decorations were beautiful, very clean dining area and spacious. The food was great, especially liked the lemongrass beef rice. The lemongrass marinate/sauce was extremely flavorful. The fish sauce was very light, barely taste the fish sauce but when paired with the meat or spring roll it did give a crisp and freshness to the taste. The presentation of the spring roll was very original. Lastly, the satay rare beef noodle was ok. The soup didn't have much satay flavor, could pick up more curry flavor instead. The rare beef remained 30% rare even after soaking for 30 minutes. It did keep the tenderness of the beef but for those who like it fully cooked, I would recommend a different dish. Forgot to mention the egg coffee. It was great, on the sweeter side but similar to the one I had in Hanoi. After mixing and having it on ice, it was wonderful!

What a great find! This new gen is in the T&T plaza north of Weldrick in Yonge. The photos don’t do it justice. It is pretty large with plenty of seating and a lovely decor. Hands down the best Vietnamese place I’ve been to in a long time. The fresh and deep fried spring rolls were awesome. The phó was supreme and definitely enough for two or even three people. We had a chicken and a beef vermicelli dish too and they were done to perfection. Some seriously fancy cool drinks on the menu too. Don’t miss out! The restaurant is so beautiful and spacious, started off with the fresh shrimp rolls which were very refreshing and delicious and a decent size for the price compared to other viet restaurants, the beef carpaccio was absolutely marvellous so delicate and fresh then the beef pho was so rich and delicious. Overall the food was amazing and the service was amazing as well, very speedy and attentive!

I usually go to the Dear Saigon in Scarborough and I had no idea they had another location in rhill. This one is a lot bigger (and amazing decor and interior design imo) and the service here was so nice. Every staff member was attentive, friendly, and patient. Food was also so delicious and filling. You can definitely get away with creating two portions out of each dish. The food at both locations is really good, so you don't have to worry that one is better than the other. I love their Thai tea as well; it's one of my favourites in the city. Prices are also really reasonable. For example, the grilled pork rice was $17 before tax, when it would probably be $20+ at other places. Definitely recommend this place to anyone! It's super family and date night friendly !!

They are now opened for soft opening. They newly renovated their store bigger and better before. It’s spacious and clean. Food was top notch. My favourite go to restaurant for viet food. You have to try their Dear Saigon Platter. It Has a variety of mixed items for you to wrap in rice paper and herbs and vermicelli You also have to try their Bun Bo Hue Special . Their broth is so flavourful and tasty.

Wow! Unassuming place from the outside but the restaurant interior is clean and beautiful. The pho was good but the vermicelli was the real standout here - so delicious! Drinks were also fantastic! 10/10 - can't wait to make this one of our regular spots.
